Each piece of ware that you purchase passes through our artists hands as they apply your choosen design to varient pieces of pottery. Please be aware that due to the nature of this artistry, color, hues and designs will vary slightly with the hand decorating process. The designs will be scaled to fit your piece. • Credit card orders will not be charged to credit card until order is shipped.
Shipping charges:
• All orders are shipped F.O.B. Crooksville, Ohio.
• Freight and handling charges will be prepaid.
• Damages to orders must be filed with shipping carrier within ten (10) days of receipt of order. Heritage
Stoneware Inc. is not responsible for any damages in shipping but will work with customer if necessary
to receive payment for damaged merchandise.
• Returns to us must be authorized by us within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise
returned for any reason other than dissatisfaction with our quality will be charged a ten percent (10%)
handling charge.
• All return shipping charges are to be at customer expense.
• No credits will be made for merchandise until received by Heritage Stoneware Inc. and a credit will be
applied to future purchases or a replacement of same item or an item of equal value customer is
dissatisfied with. Any personalized product must be replaced with same for full credit.
• Since our pottery is hand painted and decorated, no two (2) product pieces will be exactly the same.
Differences in colors, tones, textures and under glazes used may vary in scenes, air brushing,
sponging, stripping and lettering on multiple products with same pattern. This is what makes our pieces
unique and confirms that our products are not mass produced on an assembly line, but are hand
decorated, one at a time by our talented artist. Our pottery is dishwasher safe and oven and microwave
proof.
• There is an additional charge for personalized items as well as an extra charge for a scene furnished by
customer and the price may vary depending on size and difficulty of scene. Our staff will be able to help
you with this price after seeing the scene as well as the size. Please ask for assistance on any
customized scene you may want or desire or you can ask our artist for assistance in designing one.
• Prices and pattern availability are subject to change at any time but our staff will inform you if one has
occurred on any product at time of order. Since we are locally owned, and locally staffed by people with
many years of experience, our business takes great pride in assisting our customers with their pottery
